THE FIRE THAT BREAKS THE DIS INTEGRATED SELF OPEN

The fire that cracks the FACADE of you is not destruction; 

it is the soul refusing to stay incomplete. 

People may begin to feel that inner heat when they can no longer pretend everything is fine. 

When you finally realise, your choices, your priorities, your life is no one else’s responsibility but yours. All roads eventually lead you back to you. 

Everyday life keeps asking the heart to stay contained, yet something hotter rises anyway. 

The emergence, the return to wholeness, the integration is how the original human consciousness light finally returns. Your fresh dawning! 

Incomplete versions of the self split so the original true nature of YOU, can shine. Nothing needs to be added, only all that is not you, needs to be removed. You simply come to the spontaneous realisation that you already are enough. There is no delay. There is no drawn out healing or timelines.

And the greatest ironic benign joke being played in and on humanity is? 

Once you realise, you realise, there was actually NEVER anything to realise. 

You simply return to your innate unearned birth rite. Already complete. Already the Wholeness. Already one creature in one creation. Nothing to fret about. Nothing to argue with. Nothing to “grow”into. 

You simply spontaneously accept your own True nature. 

That is your human consciousness shining brightest. From love not for love so cease the reaching! 

This returning to YOUR wholeness may look painful from the outside and possibly even necessary from within. 

The pilot light within (soul) does not apologise for the gentle heat it carries.

That same fire may become wild to be the strength you require to keep going when life feels heavy. 

You simply access what is already there once you find your own PIN number and unlock your not so secret treasure trove. Human kind. Human being. Human  Consciousness. 

People learn they can flow through ordinary days or challenging days with equanimity, while that “non secret”, non special, non entitled something simple and empowered shines consistently within. That is your pilot light shining, your inner guidance radar, your own true nature doing no harm and taking no shit. 

The fissures, the laugh lines, the cracks are not an ugly weakness to be patched or hidden; they are proof the false shell of external mind attachments, labels and projections, could no longer hold.

Once you become ACCEPTING of your already full true nature, NOTHING can disturb you ever again. Of course you continue to care, continue to commune in aligned communities, continue to do no harm and take no shit, but the difference is now? You do all of this with assertive, secure self knowledge, a life sensual fully feeling connected empathy and a genuine passionate excellence for life! With an erudite light hearted equanimity leading. 

Returning to wholeness does not always look or feel gentle. 

Sometimes it looks like standing in the heat until the next version is ready. That heat is simply burning away all the falsities, all the facades, all the people pleasing perfectionism you’ve been conditioned with since birth. 

Relax, ABSOLUTELY nothing is under control in this ONE bare moment if you are paying attention. 

The heart also discovers it was never meant to stay polished and closed. 

What once maybe felt like breaking becomes becoming. 

You accept each and every present moment as the only reality, without necessarily agreeing with it… acceptance is empowering and healthy because you cease arguing with reality, you stop stressing about what is outside your control, you simply surrender to the present moment without any desire to manipulate it. You accept life is now, and only now, without necessarily agreeing to it. If you accept and disagree you realise you always have a choice. 

Minimise misaligned distractions, drop any off channel, noisy, vacuous vacant lots, dismiss all that continually insults your soul and simply set more aligned gentle boundaries. 

Boundaries are not harsh prison walls to churlishly lock out “the world”, you are not meant to exist disconnected, you are meant to feel into the aligned fresh glowing energies that support and encourage and co create even stronger more diverse and accepting communities. So block the obvious racists, the entitled, the arrogant, the big notes, the boring dis integrated moaners and whiners and whingers who over share and leak energy by attempting to project their conditional beliefs and life limitations onto you! 

How absurd, how ridiculous, how draining, if you let them… instead attune to aligned energies, full fresh energies, humbly confident and light hearted energies who connect and care and flow freely. 

Standards are not expectations. 

Rise up and raise your standards and the universe responds by supporting you! 

Simple physics of energy in motion… like energy attracts like energy… joy attracts joy, Drunks attract drunks, limited life victims attract limited life victims, it’s magnetic, it’s as obvious as the pimple on your knows…  it’s science… 

So moment to moment, simply be your unique beauty full self, your grace full self, your purpose full self, your meaning full self, your use full self and continue to do no harm and take no shit! Very very very simple, once you realise, there is nothing to realise! Enough is enough and you, me, us already are once we dismiss all we are not! 💕
